Das Bezirksamt Treptow-Köpenick möchte auf eine Pressemitteilung der Mobilen Stadtteilarbeit des Rabenhaus e. V. aufmerksam machen.

Das Team der Mobilen Stadtteilarbeit des Rabenhaus e. V. bietet der Nachbarschaft und allen Interessierten die Möglichkeit, sich im Rahmen der internationalen Wochen für die Vielfalt im Kiez einzusetzen.

„Als Nachbarschaftshaus sind wir ein Begegnungsort für alle Nachbar*innen. Wir vom Rabenhaus e. V. freuen uns sehr, dass die Sichtbarkeit der Diversität im Kiez in den letzten Jahren zugenommen hat. So beispielsweise durch eine Vielzahl interkultureller Aktionen oder neu entstandene Gruppen wie den Queeren Treff im Kiez. Aber wir wissen, dank der Arbeit des Berliner Registers, dass immer wieder rassistische und queer-feindlich motivierte Vorfälle in Treptow-Köpenick stattfinden“, sagt eine Mitarbeitende des Rabenhaus e. V., „Deshalb ist es uns wichtig, dass wir immer wieder genau hinschauen. Mit der Nachbarschaft über Rassismus ins Gespräch kommen und bewusst Begegnungsräume dafür schaffen.“

In diesem Rahmen sind Sie herzlich eingeladen sich einzubringen und an den folgenden Aktionen gegen Rassismus teilzunehmen.

Gemeinsames kreativ werden am 20. März, zum Tag gegen Rassismus am 21. März!
Die Mobile Stadtteilarbeit des Rabenhaus e. V. lädt zum gemeinsamen Kreativ werden und ins Gespräch kommen zum Tag gegen Rassismus in das Nachbarschaftshaus Rabenhaus ein.

Wer neue Menschen aus der Nachbarschaft kennenlernen und dabei gestalterisch tätig werden möchte, ist herzlich eingeladen, am Mittwoch, den 20. März 2024 zwischen 16:00 und 18:30 Uhr im Rabenhaus in der Puchanstraße 9, zum Collagen erstellen vorbeizuschauen. Materialien können gerne mitgebracht werden, es wird aber auch genug vor Ort geben.

Ins Gespräch kommen am Mandrellaplatz
Die Kolleg*innen der Mobilen Stadtteilarbeit werden am Dienstag, 12. März 2024 und 19. März 2024 von 15:00 – 17:00 Uhr am Mandrellaplatz sein, um sich mit den Anwohner*innen persönlich auszutauschen. „Geplant ist es anonym Gedanken, Sorgen und Wünsche zum Thema Rassismus zu sammeln. Diese werde im Anschluss zu einem Schaubild zusammengefügt und sollen veröffentlicht werden“, so die beiden Vertreter*innen aus dem Nachbarschaftshaus Rabenhaus. Zudem wird es zum Thema Rassismus an diesem Tag Infomaterial zum Mitnehmen geben.

Gerne können Infomaterialen zu den Internationalen Wochen gegen Rassismus (11 .- 24. März 2024) im Rabenhaus abgeholt werden!

The Rabenhaus e. V. mobile neighborhood work team offers the neighborhood and all interested parties the opportunity to stand up for diversity as part of the „International Weeks Against Racism 2024“.

“As a neighborhood house, we are a meeting place for all neighbors. We at Rabenhaus e. V. are very pleased that the visibility of diversity in the neighborhood has increased in recent years. For example, through a large number of intercultural activities or newly formed groups such as the Queeren Treff im Kiez. But we know, thanks to the work of the Berlin Register, that racist and queer-hostile incidents continue to take place in Treptow-Köpenick,” says an employee of Rabenhaus e. V., “That’s why it’s important for us to keep taking a close look. Talking to the neighborhood about racism and consciously creating spaces for encounters.”

In this context, you are cordially invited to get involved and take part in the following actions against racism.

Get creative together on March 20, for the Day against Racism on March 21!
The mobile neighborhood work of the Rabenhaus e. V. invites you to get creative together and get into conversation on the day against racism in the neighborhood house Rabenhaus. Anyone who would like to meet new people from the neighborhood and get creative in the process is cordially invited to drop by the Rabenhaus at Puchanstraße 9 on Wednesday, 20.03.2024 between 4 and 7 pm to create collages. You are welcome to bring your own materials, but there will also be plenty on site.

Get into conversation at Mandrellaplatz
The colleagues from Mobile Neighborhood Work will be at Mandrellaplatz on Tuesday, 12.03.24 and 19.03.24 to talk to residents in person. “The plan is to anonymously collect thoughts, concerns and wishes on the topic of racism. These will then be compiled into a chart and published,” say the two representatives from the Rabenhaus neighborhood house. There will also be information material on the topic of racism to take away on the day.
