Parking management in Reuterkiez

The district of Neukölln has introduced parking management in Reuterkiez.

Applications for residents parking permits are possible digitally and in written form. All information can be found here. The Bürgeramt Blaschkoallee has recently opened up the possibility for residents of the parking zones in Neukölln to apply for their permit in person without an appointment at following times:

Monday 08:00 – 15:00
Tuesday 11:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 08:00 – 13:00
Thursday 11:00 – 18:00
Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Please bring the required documents, including an ID and the certificate of registration of your vehicle. Please note that the Bürgeramt Blaschkoallee is fully cashless.

General information

The parking zone 105 (Reuterkiez) was introduced on February 1st, 2024. Starting on the launch date you must purchase a parking voucher or use your parking permit. Otherwise, you will receive a fine.

Residents, business owners and other groups of people dependent off of a car qualify for a parking permit. Further information can be found below.

• Do I need to apply for a new parking permit now that the municipality has postponed the launch date?

  No. If you have already applied for a parking permit, and have not received it yet, your application will be processed as soon as a launch date has been set. Your parking permit will be valid starting then. Therefore, you do not need to apply for a new permit.

• I have already received my parking permit for the parking zone 105 - is it still valid?

  If you have already received a parking permit, the municipality will contact you and ask you to return it. As soon as the new launch date is set, the municipality will send you a new parking permit with the correct date. It be valid for either one or two years, depending on what you indicated on your application.

• Do I receive a refund now that the municipality has postponed parking management?

  If you have already paid for your parking permit, you can request a refund. To do so, please send your parking permit and a written request by post to Bürgeramt Neukölln, 12040 Berlin. Please consider if you request a refund, you will not receive a new parking permit automatically. Once the launch date is set, you will need to apply for a new parking permit independently.

Parking zone 105

The parking zone encompasses the north of the Reuterkiez. It is marked by the Maybachufer in the north, Pannierstraße in the east, Sonnenallee in the south and Kottbusser Damm in the west.

Following streets are excluded from the parking zone 105:

• Kottbusser Damm
• The eastern side of Pannierstraße
• The southern side of Sonnenallee
