Seit heute (Montag, 05.12.2022) ca. 08:30 Uhr ist am Standort Friedrich-Krause-Ufer der Strom komplett ausgefallen.

Nach erster technischer Einschätzung ist die Dauer des Stromausfalls noch nicht absehbar. An der Entstörung wird mit Hochdruck gearbeitet.

Der lokale Stromausfall wirkt sich auf die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur des Landesamtes für Einwanderung (LEA) an allen drei Standorten aus.

Kundinnen und Kunden, auch mit einem Termin, können deshalb heute leider weder am Standort Friedrich-Krause-Ufer noch an den anderen Standorten (Keplerstraße, Fasanenstraße) bedient werden.

Das LEA informiert hier laufend über die weitere Entwicklung und die Wiederaufnahme der Bedienung.

Since today (Monday, December 5th, 2022) at around 8:30 a.m., the electricity has completely failed at the Friedrich-Krause-Ufer site.

According to the first technical assessment, the duration of the power outage is not yet foreseeable. Efforts are being made to eliminate the interference.

The local power failure affects the entire IT infrastructure of the Berlin Immigration Office (LEA) at all three locations.

Unfortunately, customers, even with an appointment, cannot be served at the Friedrich-Krause-Ufer location or at the other locations (Keplerstraße, Fasanenstraße).

The LEA keeps you informed about further developments and the resumption of service.
