To further contain the corona infection, the Federal Chancellor and the heads of government of the federal states called on all employers at their conference on November 25, 2020 to minimize the presence of their employees on site as much as possible.
As a public service, we have the responsibility to undertake all measures necessary to restrict contacts in order to significantly lower the number of new infections. At the same time, we do our best to offer you our services.
Therefore, the service at our Friedrich-Krause-Ufer and Keplerstraße locations will be restricted as follows at the turn of the year:
- From December 17, 2020 to the May 28, 2021 – customer service by booked appointment only.
- If you need to travel for urgent personal or professional reasons, please contact unit responsible.
Only for people in an ongoing asylum procedure or with an obligation to leave the country:
- You are in possession of a certificate confirming permission to remain pending an asylum decision (Aufenthaltsgestattung), have temporary suspension of deportation status (Duldung), a border crossing certificate, a so-called L4048 certificate under Section 84(2) of the German Residency Act, or a certificate on the confiscation of a passport?
- Your Aufenthaltsgestattung, Duldung or certificate
- has already expired or
- will expire by May 31, 2021?
