Filming Locations in Tempelhof-Schöneberg

old film projector with dramatic lighting

A good film needs good scenes, without them the right ambience cannot be achieved, the success of a film project be endangered. In the past, Berlin and above all the borough was an important location for filmmakers. With the Ufa Filmstudios (later the Berlin Union Film) and other studios, such as the Froehlich-Atelier on Borussia Street, Tempelhof was a leader in the German film industry.
Even today the capital is in demand again, because there are plenty of attractive film locations here!

It is not just about espionage productions and stories of the “Cold War”, for which Berlin is truly the ideal background.
In front of Berlin scenery, actors walk through the most varied epochs and tell their stories. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad – Berlin is the background.
