Kiez-Spaziergang

Anders als reguläre Stadtführungen ist die Willkommens-Tour für Neu-Berliner*innen und Interessierte, die ihren Kiez kennenlernen wollen, zur Erstorientierung im Kiez gedacht.
Wie arbeitet das Kultur- und Bildungszentrum Sebastian Haffner?
Wer war sein Namensgeber?
Wo gibt es sonst noch Kultur und Kunst im Kiez?
Wo ist Geschichte besonders interessant?
Wo gibt es gute Freizeitangebote, Cafés, Kneipen oder Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs?
Zudem eröffnet die Teilnahme die Möglichkeit, neue Leute zu treffen und Kontakte zu knüpfen.
Die Tour beginnt und endet am Kultur-und Bildungszentrum Sebastian Haffner. Im Anschluss an den Kiez-Spaziergang können Interessent*innen zusätzlich an einer Bibliotheksführung teilnehmen und einen Einblick in die zahlreichen und vielfältigen Angebote der Bibliothek am Wasserturm erhalten.
Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und ohne Anmeldung möglich.

Treffpunkt: Kultur- und Bildungszentrums Sebastian Haffner, Aufgang A, Hof, Prenzlauer Allee 227/228, 10405 Berlin, Es erwartet Sie Frau Gerburg Hill, von der Bibliothek am Wasserturm.

Welcome-Tour

Come along and find out about the history of the area. In a walk around the neighbourhood we will introduce important and famous locations in the surroundings near Prenzlauer Allee 227/228, 10405 Berlin. You have also an opportunity to meet the locals and new locals.

Unlike regular city tours, this one aims to give you an initial orientation
in the neighbourhood.
What does the Cultural and Education Centre do?
Who was Sebastian Haffner?
Where else can you find culture and art in the locality?
Where are the specially interesting historical spots?
Where are the venues for leisure activities, cafés, pubs, facilities for your everyday requirements?
The neighbourhood walk begins and ends at the Kultur- and Bildungs-
zentrum Sebastian Haffner. At the end of the tour you can take part at a guided tour of the library and get an impression of the numerous and diverse services and activities offered by the Bibliothek am Wasserturm. Participation is free of charge and does not require registration.
