The BBB Start consultancy programme is free of charge for entrepreneurs and enterprises granted a loan guarantee by the BBB Bürgschaftsbank zu Berlin-Brandenburg.

A dedicated contact and advice service supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and founders of business start-ups with their succession planning or in their search for a suitable business partner. The service provides advice for:

  • Investors interested in acquiring a stake in a successful enterprise or taking it over entirely,
  • Transfer and corporate participations interested in transferring an enterprise to another company or into corporate participation,
  • Contacts between individuals or investors with complementary interests looking to expand in similar sectors.
