Due to changed evaluation methods, no change can be concluded for the entire period of time. The values for 1990 and 2001 are based on different evaluation methods, which do not permit any comparison with the values for 2005, 2011 and 2016. However, a comparison between 2005, 2011 and 2016 is possible.
