What are the costs for using eInformation?

All users can request basic data (name, address, activities of a company) free of charge.

How much is business information for registered users?

Unless the user is exempt from paying administrative fees due to legal provisions, business information with extended operating details obtained online costs EUR 5.00. This corresponds to a 50 % discount compared to business information provided manually by the District Offices (fee EUR 10.00).

How are the fees charged?

Owing to the fact that the customer group addressed tends to not accept the usual payment methods of the internet (direct debit, credit card), fees are charged in the form of a quarterly collective invoice.
