I recently was shown a copy of the June 2012 issue of your magazine which interested me very much. I was born in Berlin-Charlottenburg in 1924 and lived with my parents in Robertstraße 9, Berlin-Wannsee, until June 1933 when my parents and I first went to Prague, Czechoslovakia, and in September 1938 to the U.S. After getting my Ph.D. from Harvard in 1950, I taught Political Science at the University of Connecticut. I am now retired but still very much interested in current political affairs. I visited Berlin several times and would appreciate getting your magazine since it refreshes my memory of the first nine years of my life in your city.
