Renewed heat warning for Berlin and Brandenburg

The German Weather Service (DWD) warns of gusts of wind in Berlin and northern Brandenburg from 10 am to 8 pm on Thursday, and of squalls in southern Brandenburg.
According to the DWD on Thursday, the gusts of wind in northern Brandenburg and Berlin have reached speeds of up to 55 kilometres per hour. The weather service has therefore issued a level 1 weather warning.
In the south of Brandenburg, meteorologists warn of squalls with speeds of up to 70 kilometres per hour and issue a warning of striking weather (level 2). The day will begin in Berlin and northern Brandenburg with additional showers and isolated thunderstorms. Temperatures will reach 22 to 24 degrees.
In the night to Friday there will be occasional clearing up and the showers will recede. It will cool down to about 15 degrees. Friday will be cloudy and mostly dry with highs around 23 degrees and sunny spells. Saturday night will be dry with lows between 14 and 11 degrees. On Saturday there will be an alternation of sunny and cloudy spells, with no rain. Temperatures will rise to between 21 and 23 degrees.
