Fundraising campaign to support the victims of the war in Ukraine
The goal of "Sound of Peace" is to collect many donations to support the victims of the war in Ukraine. "Music is always a way to express protest. But music just also has this wonderful talent to bring people together. And I think, especially on Sunday, this stage will be a kind of outlet for that, for the need that so many people in Germany have all over the world: Namely, that this war should end and that we need peace in this world," said Mieze Katz, singer of Mia. "We want to reach as many people as possible and show that maybe we can all change something a little bit together," said Sascha Vollmer of The BossHoss. Minister of Culture Claudia Roth (Greens) had already announced her support for the project.
