Get up close to Berlin's starry sky: The Archenhold Observatory is celebrating several technical innovations with a big cosmic summer party.
The observatory's small planetarium now has new 360° fulldome technology and the Einstein Hall has been technically renovated. Reason enough to celebrate with all those interested in astronomy. Children can let off steam at the craft station or build water-powered rockets. Historical astronomical equipment can be admired on the roof terrace and delicious drinks can be enjoyed in the open air. Of course, the various areas of the observatory are open for extensive exploration. Live music completes the program of the cosmic festival.
Parks, lakes, open-air events, beach bars, beer gardens and festivals: To enjoy summer to the fullest, life in Berlin takes place outside during the warmer months.
