Flea Markets in Berlin
Berlin's most popular flea markets and antique markets with adresses, opening hours, public transport and map. more
The flea market in Mauerpark in the Prenzlauer Berg district is a popular Sunday destination. Its numerous stalls offer fashion, jewelry, bags, furniture, home decorations and vinyl records as well as snacks and drinks.
The Mauerpark flea market is very popular with hip Berliners and tourists alike. The market itself consists of mainly private vendors selling various items such as second-hand clothes, shoes, bicycles, old vinyl records, jewelry and other various knickknacks. The market also features a large furniture tent where early birds can find true vintage treasures.
The popularity of the flea market at Mauerpark partly stems from the karaoke sessions that take place in the park's amphitheatre every Sunday afternoon. From spring to autumn, the place is packed with spectators and singers well before the karaoke sessions start at 3 pm.
There are many opportunities in and around Mauerpark where bargain hunters can take a relaxing break. Several food stands in between the market stalls offer international delicacies, cold drinks and coffee. The neighborhood around Mauerpark is famous for its many cafés and bars that attract a young, bohemian crowd.
