Photo walks, exhibitions and awards ceremonies: the Berlin Photo Week is all about the art of photography.
This year's Photo Week will include the presentation of the EyeEm Awards, the popular Funplace, various photography exhibitions and exciting workshops.
During the Photo Week, photographers have the opportunity to go on a photo safari. Exciting installations are waiting to be captured by the visitors. The individual stations of the photo safari outdo each other in terms of variety and photographic challenge. The stations will be set up at the so-called «Funplace» in the Arena Berlin by the participating manufacturers. Every visitor is invited to let off steam at the individual stations - whether with their own camera, smartphones or the test cameras of the respective manufacturers.
In various workshops, photographers learn new techniques, tips and tricks for more excitement and professionalism in their photographs. The courses are aimed partly at beginners and partly at advanced photographers. Light painting, portrait photography, working with perspectives or sports photography: the variety of workshops on offer is great.
