Wyrd Sisters
by Terry Pratchett, adapted by Stephen Briggs
© Promo
History and legends are shaped by those who tell them …
An evil king and queen (strangely reminiscent of Lord and Lady MacBeth) have seized power in Lancre after sneakily disposing of the previous king, and are busy re-writing history in their favor. The only thing standing in the way of their nefarious plans now are three funny, resourceful, and insulted witches, a determined ghost, a depressed Fool nearly incapable of humor, and some mostly inept traveling players. Can the kingdom be saved?
Hubbub, the English theater group of the Humboldt University in Berlin, would like to invite you to our performances of Terry Pratchett’s Wyrd Sisters, as adapted by Stephen Briggs.
Reservations available by e-mail at: . Please include your name, an e-mail address for your confirmation, the date you would like to attend, and the number of tickets.
