Franz Kafka lives: The Grub
© Promo
Franz Kafka lives! No, he’s dead – and he invites you to a family dinner. Regular family gatherings are a living nightmare, you say? You haven’t been to this one. Original performance about kafkaesque topics, that don’t die. Family. Oppression. Gossip. Patriarchy.
The inability of self-love. Schnitzel.
How are the social hierarchy, institution of family and tyrannic fathers related to each other? And Mr. Kafka, may boys cry? At least those who do art… When they don’t even earn enough to cover their rent.
Vegan dinner will be served during the performance. Bon appetit!
Trigger warning: The performance includes scenes of explicit domestic and sexualized violence.
