During the 2 to 3-hour event, you can taste your way through juicy meats in all imaginable variations, including rump steak, dry-aged steak and rib eye – unbelievably tender and perfectly seasoned!
There are many methods for preparing a steak. Discover the subtle differences in texture and taste and find out which meat and which method of preparation tastes best to you.
A versatile range of meat varieties for tasting
Not all meat is the same. That is why we take you on a culinary journey through the finest types of meat.
Let our 6 steak specialties melt in your mouth. Each guest receives up to 700g of meat to try. Depending on the country of origin, preparation and ageing method, the composition of the flavour will be different.
A very special highlight: our tender dry-aged steak. This is dry-aged meat that has been hung for several weeks and thus loses its liquid. This results in a particularly intense flavour.

CARPACCIO & TARTARE OF IRISH WHITE OX
Capers, pine nuts, rocket, shallot and truffle cream
2nd course:
BEEF FILET
Tender & juicy fillet steak, from the loin with a very fine structure.
RUMP STEAK
Roast beef with a characteristic fat edge.
RIB EYE
Juicy, strongly marbled steak, cut from the prime rib.
DRY AGED - RUMP STEAK & RIB EYE
Steaks matured in our dry ager.
