Berlin Ostkreuz Station is located in the district of Friedrichshain and is one of the most important transfer stations in Berlin. S-Bahn and regional trains stop here. From Ostkreuz station, it takes about 10 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz and 15 minutes to get to Berlin Central Station.
Ostkreuz Station offer connections to the following lines of local public transport: S-Bahn: S3, S41, S42, S5, S7, S75, S8, S85, S9 Bus: 194, 240, 347, M43, N40, N94
The Airport Express (FEX) runs from Ostkreuz Station to BER Terminal 1/2 station. The journey takes about 15 minutes. In addition, the S-Bahn line S9 runs every 20 minutes from Ostkreuz station to BER Airport, stopping at both BER Terminal 1/2 and Terminal 5 station. The journey takes about 25 minutes. From Terminal 5 station, travelers must allow a five to ten minute walk to the terminal. Note for ticket purchases: BER Airport is located in fare zone C.
Ostkreuz Station does not offer any lockers or other luggage storage facilities.
