The river cruise from Berlin-Wannsee to Potsdam offers striking views of UNESCO-listed Prussian buildings on the banks of the River Havel.
Route of the "World Heritage Cruise":
The cruise vessel starts at Wannsee pier and proceeds past Schwanenwerder Island and Kladow to Peacock Island. The cruises vessel continues to Glienicke Palace, Glienicke bridge, Cecilienhof Palace and heads towards Potsdam, where it turns around and returns to Wannsee pier.
The three-hour tour offers many beautiful views and marvellous sights of Berlin's green southwest and parts of Potsdam, the so-called "Prussian Arcadia". An audio guide in English and German provides information and commentaries about historic buildings, palaces and gardens along the route.
