Located at S-Bahn station Treptower Park, the pier Hafen Treptow stretches along a beautiful promenade with park benches and snack stalls next to the river Spree. A little further into Treptower Park visitors can enjoy the view of its old tree populations and neat gardens and see the Soviet War Memorial and Archenhold Observatory.

Across the pier on the other side of the Spree lies Stralau peninsula, and to the left side Elsenbrücke, the bridge that connects the districts of Treptow and Friedrichshain. Behind Elsenbrücke the 30 metre tall sculpture "Molecule Men" - now a landmark of Berlin's east - can be spotted.
