The Aquarius

An educational drama by Philip Hauser

A play about a guy in the bathtub.

It's about parenting and what it does to us. About how we can't get rid of them, no matter what we do or where we go. That our parents live on in us, whether we like it or not, just as their parents survived in them. It's about learnt toxic masculinity. It's about dysfunctional relationships. It's about status. It's about the fear of failure and not trying again. It's about hiding. It's about the desire to show yourself. It's about playing.

Actually it's just a play about a guy in the bathtub...
