Season opening

It's finally starting again! Every year on Easter Sunday, families from Berlin and Brandenburg come together under the motto "Colourful Easter Races" and enjoy a varied day in the sunshine at Hoppegarten Racecourse.

In addition to the exciting races, there will be plenty of Easter surprises for the little gallop fans.

Big Easter egg hunt

In co-operation with a local supermarket chain, the Easter Bunny has hidden lots of sweets for our young visitors at Hoppegarten Racecourse. You can search from around 1 pm on the entertainment meadow.

Bunnies and lambs

In keeping with the occasion, Easter bunnies and lambs can be petted on the racecourse. Fun for young and old!

8 exciting races - Sporting highlights of the day are the Prize of Gestüt Lünzen & Friends (Listed race, 4yo + stallion, 1,600m) and the Prize of Dahlwitz (Listed race, 4yo + stallion, 2,000m). In addition, as always in spring, the three-year-olds will be in the spotlight - which of the young horses can be a hope for the classic races such as the Derby or the Prize of Diana? It is already certain that many dreams will be shattered.
