We look back on a past year with many relaxed, happy and fulfilled participants. Experiencing yoga & meditation here, in this powerful place and in front of the Belvedere, is a healing virtue for the soul, heart, mind and body. An hour of strengthening and balancing yoga exercises and 30 minutes of healing sounds and a soul journey will fill you. Enjoy arriving in a joyful community.
