Green stuff - summer at the Labyrinth Children's Museum

Grünzeug im Labyrinth Kindermuseum

Grünzeug im Labyrinth Kindermuseum

Welcome to the "Green Stuff" summer holiday program at the Labyrinth Children's Museum! From 22 July to 1 September 2024, you can discover which fruit and vegetables are good for you and the climate. In our green backyard, you will learn what grows where and when and how to eat in an environmentally conscious and climate-friendly way in a mixture of creative workshops and exciting games.

You can experience urban gardening and the scent of herbs in our vertical garden. On the exercise trail, you can practise the leek relay race and raspberry hop. You'll find out which fruit and vegetables are the most environmentally friendly to put on your plate. Equipped with a gardening apron and gloves, even our youngest visitors can garden - and harvest felt vegetables in the process.

You can get ideas for an environmentally friendly and healthy diet at our legume listening bar, at the lentil bag toss and at the "At the table, please!" table setting. You can experience how the climate rises and falls at the giant Mikado with climate strips.

Various creative workshops await you throughout the summer vacations. Make seed balls or seed paper with us, stamp with vegetable scraps and let herbs cast long shadows! You can find the exact schedule for our workshop offers and workshops on our website.

You can relax - and discover even more about plants, the environment and nutrition - in our cozy green stuff reading lounge.
