On December 8, the second Sunday of Advent, you’re invited to experience a unique program of music and breathwork, offering you a peaceful escape from daily life and guiding you on an inner journey. “Breath In Concert” combines music with intentional breathing techniques to create a deeply moving experience that inspires positive inner processes.

Let yourself be enchanted by Julianna, a classically trained singer and breathwork therapist. Drawing on her experiences from Los Angeles and Colombia, she invites the Berlin audience to join a musical journey of discovery. The evening will be shaped by melodies rooted in her breathwork practice, offering an immersive listening experience filled with magic.

Marc, a certified breathwork therapist and founder of the Berlin Breath Club supports participants on their path to deeper self-understanding and greater body awareness. He regularly hosts breathwork events in his Berlin studio as well as at special locations, both locally and internationally. Marc builds a community grounded in inclusion and mutual support, sharing the beneficial effects of breathwork for both mind and body.

Breathwork, a rapidly growing trend in health and wellness, provides profound experiences for the body and mind, helping to process trauma and release emotional blockages.

Please Note: Do not eat two hours before the event. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a water bottle.
