Panel on current discussions on Roma policy

The EU Roma Strategy and its implementation at national level as well as the recommendations of the Independent Commission on Antigypsyism are among the key political measures to improve the social situation of Roma. Building on the topics of the Federal Roma Congress 2024, we would like to use this event to discuss with political decision-makers and the public how the implementation of these strategies and the recommendations developed at the congress can be shaped in concrete terms. The aim is to work together to find ways to effectively advance the political programmes and recommendations for action. Key political players will also be invited to take part in this dialogue.

The event is being organised in cooperation with the Bundes Roma Verband e.V., Roma Trial e.V., Carmen e.V., Pro Sinti und Roma e.V., and the Roma Center e.V..
