James, a penguin from the South Pole traveling around the world, meets polar bear Vladimir in the icy world of the North Pole. Together they look at the stars, wonder about the length of polar nights, and realize they want to know more. Together they build the spaceship Polaris and embark on a turbulent space adventure.
