Her current album "Our roots run deep" was awarded a JUNO Award (Canadian Grammy) as best vocal jazz album in March 2024. The new & first French single "Moi je t'aime" will be released to accompany the tour.

Her first album trilogy conceptualized the history of African-American music. Dominique reflected on the social realities and the civil rights movement that influenced the genres of blues, jazz and soul. Our Roots Run Deep is the first statement of a new trilogy and follows her #1# chart award-winning trilogy "Nameless", "Stay Tuned!" and "Three Little Words". Now Dominique looks inward and reflects on her own emotional and spiritual landscape - her roots.

On June 06, 2024 her first French single "Moi je t'aime" was released. This song explores new sources of inspiration for the two-time JUNO award winner and is reminiscent of traditional French songwriters such as Edith Piaf. Although there is a stylistic change, Dominique's unmistakable vocals shine through.
