Park Theater Edelbruch

Think! Hannah Arendt

With the play "Denkt! Hannah Arendt", the Parktheater Edelbruch puts the life of philosopher Hannah Arendt to the test. The philosopher was and is a role model: for thinking against the tide, for the fight against totalitarianism and for the unconditional will to freedom.

Hannah Arendt appears twice in this production, constantly in discourse with herself: She looks back on her family, her relationships, her life and her philosophical theses.

Based on historical background and documentary material, the production not only sheds light on Hannah Arendt's life and thoughts, but also explores how relevant her philosophy still is today.
