25 years after the exhibition “Magnum: Reflections on the World”, which also marked the official opening of C/O Berlin and laid the foundation for its recognition as an international photographic institution, the renowned photo agency Magnum is returning to C/O Berlin with a group exhibition.

The Magnum exhibition “Close Enough” shows intimate, moving and socially relevant works that focus on human closeness and vulnerability and explore the boundaries between documentary photography and personal perspective. With sensitive series and haunting individual shots, the artists address themes such as identity, femininity, social justice, representation and conflict - a challenge and invitation at the same time to get close enough to people and their different realities of life.

“Close Enough” at C/O Berlin shows works by Olivia Arthur, Myriam Boulos, Sabiha Çimen, Cristina de Middel, Bieke Depoorter, Carolyn Drake, Cristina García Rodero, Nanna Heitmann, Susan Meiselas, Hannah Price, Lúa Ribeira, Alessandra Sanguinetti and Newsha Tavakolian.

Runtime: Sat, 27/09/2025 to Wed, 28/01/2026
