Sonia Boyce / Zineb Sedira

The artists Sonia Boyce and Zineb Sedira have been friends for many years. With Sam Bardaouil and Till Fellrath, directors at Hamburger Bahnhof - Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart, they talk about their time in London's Brixton district, their artistic practice and their exhibitions for the British and French pavilions, which were awarded the “Golden Lion” and “Special Mentions” at the Venice Biennale in 2022. Sonia Boyce is Professor of Black Art and Design at the University of the Arts London. Zineb Sedira's comprehensive solo exhibition “Dreams Have No Titles” was shown at Hamburger Bahnhof - Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart in 2023.
