Whizzing through Berlin's history(ies)

This free family programme provides an easy-to-understand and entertaining tour of "BerlinZEIT", the exhibition at Museum Ephraim-Palais. Families explore Berlin's past in a variety of ways. As they sprint through the centuries, they discover extraordinary objects and amazing stories together. They can try out lots of things and experience them with all their senses. What did medieval fabric feel like? What did Berlin smell like around 1740? What new inventions made everyday life in the big city easier? And how did children live around 1900? Along the way, they will encounter a plague doctor, the oldest remains of a Berlin domestic pig and other contemporary witnesses to the city's history.
