"Our garden of colors" - drawing workshop with Ignasi Blanch

Guided tour, workshop, 35th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall

Ignasi Blanch painted the picture "Parlo d'amor" ("Talking about love") on the East Side Gallery in the summer of 1990.

After studying fine arts at the University of Barcelona, he lived in West Berlin for some time from 1988. In addition to his work as an illustrator and draughtsman, Ignasi Blanch teaches at the Escola de la Dona-Espai F. Bonnemaison, runs workshops and projects, curates exhibitions and organizes events. His illustrations have received numerous awards, including the Premio Crítica Serra d'Or in 2006 for the book "Vull una corona" by Raimon Portell and the Premio Llibreter de Àlbum Ilustrado in 2008 for the book "Fil de Rojo" by Raimon Portell.
