With the exhibition "Off to Italy! With Liebermann in Venice, Florence and Rome" (May 4 to September 2, 2024), the Liebermann-Villa am Wannsee presents Max Liebermann's eventful relationship with Italy and its cultural landscape for the first time, with a focus on his "Italian" works, his participation in exhibitions there and their reception. Experience the Berlin painter by touching and listening at the site of his work and experience selected paintings audiodescriptively and haptically during the tour of the villa and garden. One focus will be Liebermann's original mural of the loggia, inspired by his numerous trips to Italy.

The tactile tours are aimed at visually impaired and blind people. Participation is included in museum admission. Places are limited.
