Since then, it has undergone many different uses and structural changes.

The guided tour of the grounds and the building provides an insight into the current renovation work: since September 2022, the building shell and interior have been undergoing a thorough overhaul, including the complete renewal of the building services and the renovation of the open spaces around the building. Barrier-free access to the catering areas on the first floor will also be created.
