SundayPopulaire: Free reading from the children’s book “Wie laut war eigentlich der Urknall” by Guillaume Duprat

workshop for children aged 7-10

The sky has long been imagined as a canopy, a crystal ball, or a dwelling for gods. Throughout history and across cultures, people have come up with their own interpretations of the sky and the universe. New discoveries have continually reshaped our understanding, and many mysteries remain unsolved. Guillaume Duprat explores these themes in his book How Loud Was the Big Bang. With striking visual concepts, he reveals how humanity's view of the universe has evolved, what we know today, and what remains speculative. Join us on this journey through time to the sun and the stars! In conjunction with Rohini Devasher's exhibition, we invite you to explore the universe’s secrets and participate in a workshop where we’ll paint using solar paper and light.
