Junior Workshop: Trickfilm magic workshop

To school in a hot air balloon? The room tidies itself? The gray city becomes colorful overnight? With paper and cardboard, pencils, paint, scissors and your own ingenuity, you can design the world just the way you like it! Everything can be conjured out of nothing: Wild creatures, wondrous worlds, great stories. And these are then brought to life on the animation table in small films.

You will learn how to create a claymation film, how to design, cut and assemble the characters and how to breathe life into them. No previous knowledge is required, just a little patience - and a lot of imagination!

Jan Caspers came to animated film via puppetry, silhouettes and a robot theater and has been leading stop-motion workshops for C/O Berlin Education for over ten years.
