Public Guided Tour "Roads not Taken. Oder: Es hätte auch anders kommen können"

The tour focuses on selected turning points in German history. Starting with the Peaceful Revolution in the GDR, visitors embark on a journey backwards to the revolutionary events of 1848. The exhibition not only focuses on the historical reality that occurred, but also shows an alternative historical possibility for each date. These possibilities are presented in original objects and embedded in visual spaces. History thus appears as an open process. The tour is intended to stimulate an exchange on general questions about the openness of history. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
