Pierogi Dreams

Almost every food culture that features some sort of dumpling. Tonight is the night we pay tribute to one of the greatest, the dynamic, the humble, The Pierogi.

Us, The Pierogi Princesses, invite you to join us as we honour and explore the possibilities of innovating this tried and tested staple. We will work together to generate a new flavor of Pierogi - inviting the classic combinations to be in conversation with something new - If you could have any kind of pierogi what would it be? Something sweet, something salty, some kind of fusion?

Over the course of two hours, we will talk dumpling (in many languages), we will make both new and classic flavors, we will learn the techniques of making that perfect pierogi shape, and end in a magnificent communal feast!
