Welcome to LET'S (FOLK) DANCE! Let's celebrate together! In the format of a Korean Janchi, a festival for gathering and sharing, where we dance, drink, sing and eat, we will invite different folk dance groups to dance together - no matter what experience you bring with you. Each dance workshop will end with a meal together from the respective culture.
Dates:
21.9.: We will start with the Caribbean Ga-gá by Tatiana Mejiaand and continue with the Hawaiian Hula 'Olapa with Monika Lilleike. 5.10.: We will dance Raqs Sharqi/Baladi with Nora Amin
2.11.: We will dance Dabke with Medhat Aldaabal(Dancer) and Ali Hasan(Musician)
