Fun and games like in the old days

Children's outdoor games from the past are on offer on Museum Sunday in the centre of the historic Nikolai Quarter. On this afternoon, the young and the young at heart can try out games that children enjoyed a hundred years ago: Humming tops, walking on stilts, throwing wooden rings, sack races, riding a hobby horse and a few more. A thick rope also challenges small teams to a tug-of-war. It might even bring back childhood memories for the older ones!
