The Lapidarium in the garden of the Museum Reinickendorf consists of remaining sculptures, façade parts and fragments of the former street furniture museum (since 1972) in the inner courtyard of the Tegel-Center in Gorkistraße. The Berlin gallery owner Konrad "Jule" Hammer put together the collection with the support of the Berlin Senate and private individuals, among others. To counteract decay and shrinkage, the objects were relocated to the museum and have been on display there since 2015. The lion pilaster figures in front of the museum became part of the "Interventions. Colonial traces in the permanent exhibition".
