Feldenkrais with Dirk Hauska

Moshé Feldenkrais (1904-1984) developed a movement theory by focussing on the mindful execution of specific movement sequences and discovered that changes in physical movement patterns can also bring about a change in thinking. Dirk Hauska is a guest in the Panorama series. He is an instructor for health-orientated strength training and a Feldenkrais teacher in Berlin. Based on the exhibition Noa Eshkol. No Time To Dance exhibition, he is organising a movement class at the Georg Kolbe Museum, drawing inspiration from Eshkol’s works. Five dates are offered, which can be attended individually or as a series. Each session will focus on a specific work of art.
