M.I.K Family is a five-member dance crew who began their journey in the youth clubs of Neukölln. Today, they entertain millions across their social media channels and on many stages. In 2020, Isaac Kyere developed the “African Dance Dictionary”, an online dance lexicon that teaches steps from various African dance styles as well as their cultural and historical backgrounds and is now one of the largest platforms for African dance.Beyond their commercial success, the M.I.K Family values cultural work (MINCE e.V. [] founded by Prince M.I.K) and knowledge-sharing. Staying close to their roots is important to them, no matter how big the stages they perform on become.
