ROOTED: pitch & perform / Apricot Productions – Mensch auf der Bühne

"Rooted: Pitch & Perform" is a two-day series by Apricot Productions, providing freelance artists in Berlin with a space to present work in progress, performative pitches, and test new workshop concepts. The artist selection will be announced on October 20!

The program includes:

2x 30-minute workshops

4x 20-minute performative pitches

4x 30-minute performances

This curated event connects international artists with Berlin's arts scene, fostering collaboration and addressing challenges while building sustainable networks. Artists will be paid from ticket sales, and the community is invited to join workshops, pitches, and performances. The event also includes networking over an aperitif.

Schedule highlights:

Friday & Saturday: workshops, pitches, aperitif, and performances from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

2:30- 4:30 - Workshop by Artist #1

4:30- 6:00 pm - Verbal or Performative pitch followed by discussion (Bühne) 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Aperitif/happy hour/meet and greet the artists involved (Lobby) 7 pm - 8:30 pm- Two performances (30 min each)
