For many years now, the Wind Serenade has been a tradition in the courtyard of Grunewald Hunting Lodge. In cooperation with the Music School City-West, the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg (Stiftung Preußische Schlösser und Gärten Berlin-Brandenburg - SPSG) invites various wind ensembles to present themselves in an afternoon concert in the palace courtyard. With free admission, visitors can listen to a varied program.
The concert offers an opportunity to visit Berlin's oldest palace and its small but important collection of paintings by Lucas Cranach and his workshop. (The concert in the palace courtyard can be enjoyed with free admission; for the palace tour, the regular admission price of 6, reduced 5 euros applies. The last guided tour of the castle will take place at 5 p.m.)
