"I can tell you what freedom means to me: living without fear." (Nina Simone, 1933-2003, was an American jazz and blues singer, pianist, songwriter and civil rights activist. )

Women who courageously stood up for freedom and democracy and fought for equality and the same rights as men shape the program: music and lyrics.

The Fanny Hensel Music School plays works by Mel Bonis, Fanny Hensel, Friedrich Hollaender and others: annette Goldbeck-Löwe (vocals), Ines Paschke and Markus Wenz (piano).
