Using a custom-built five-string double bass with a high C string, live electronics and a loop station, Jaspar Libuda creates an entire ensemble in front of his audience's ears, layering pads and rhythms on top of each other, weaving melodies and silence into a dense world of sound - simultaneously melancholic and full of joie de vivre.
