“Our times demand that we learn new skills,” write singer Zola Mennenöh and composer Max Andrzejewski. “An action that involves our bodies and our feelings. A form that allows us to face crisis(es), war(s), loss(es) holistically and with curiosity, in order to feel an openness and perhaps even a quiet hope. In any case, a feeling of self-efficacy and creative power.” The joint project “OHNE GARANTIE – music for a future without guarantees” was created in response to the thoughts of visual artist, researcher and activist Lisa Nyberg, who will perform excerpts from her doctoral thesis “Pedagogies of the Unknown – studying for a future, without guarantees” live. Zola Mennenöh's poetic texts and Max Andrzejewski's fine chamber music combine with audience participation to create a genre-busting concert evening between contemporary music, improvisation and spoken word.

Artists/Collaborators: Zola Mennenöh (Gesang und Text), Lisa Meignin (Flöte), Jone Bolibar (Klarinette), Laura Hovestadt (Viola), Ruben Jeyasundaram (Violoncello), Max Andrzejewski (Perkussion und Komposition), Lisa Nyberg (Lecture Performance)
